Good to read about some big wins in the thread! I haven't weighed myself since getting here some 3 months ago, but with 3 months left and only 9 weeks until R&R things are looking and feeling good.
Functional strength increasing, putting in work on the spinner ready for when I get home and a move to the Durham dales and a couple of planned events, and basically kicking ass on a daily basis.
The epic Ramadan weight cut approacheth.. in 50C it's not going to be pretty but I'm going to get with the program and hang out with my host nation brothers :D
