"Refuse to get out of the way"? Perhaps you think pigeons have no right to be in the air and should walk, as best they can on their spindly pink toes, in the gutter? That they should abandon flying, which is, anyway, only for poor species and children, and get a bike. After all they don't pay airport duty do they?
