Who's riding this then? and does anyone have any advice for someone who's never ridden 100miles in the middle of the night before?

Eat a lot during the day, bring high carb snacks of some variety, drink plenty of water as you see fit on the ride.
Get in plenty of miles on your saddle in the run up, 60/70 mile plus. If nothing else then just for confidence on the night.
