Wanted: Used cycling shoes SPD

Hi,im a size 45 EUR on casual shoes.looking for any used men's cycling shoes,ive heard that usually the size should be slightly bigger than the usual shoe size due to width issue?would be better if it comes with an spd cleats.please offer me.meet up in london.cheers

Sports direct have brand new Muddy Fox SPD shoes @ £20 - you can't go wrong !

Well you can if you get carried away with sizing that's too small, been there done that... I'm a 42 in normal shoes but take 43 - 44 in bike shoes- do allow for expansion in the "summer " heat. Snug may be too tight on a warmer day................

Buy new cleats- plenty on Flea bay, again you can't go wrong
