Update: Basically I wasn't very careful and this time last week the bit of fake tooth snapped off - a little less readily than I'd have liked. I emailed them on Monday. Appointment booked for today. Went in at 5. Done by 5:15. Again, quick, friendly and professional (actually the work 'feels' better than last time - definitely smoother polishing).
And he didn't charge me a penny.
