Confused on sizing, sorry, what kind of height of rider would this suit?

Actually hold on, is this 54 centre to top? Square?

So about 53 ctc????

54cm. Italian

Im 180cm tall but it would be confortable for taller person too.

Now I'm confused. I'm 175 (5' 9" in old money) and I reckon correct size for me is 54 c-c and figured this frame would be a gnats too small.
