LFGSS Tour de Latitude Competition (Win tickets to Latitude music festival)

I didn't win, but signed up as part of the 2-for-1 deal, but the participant handbook has left me feeling cold...

MANDATORY GEAR
Helmets – All cyclists must wear fastened helmets in all 2Wheels events or they will not be allowed to ride
with our group.
Closed Shoes – Fully closed toe shoes are required to cycle in a 2Wheels event, i.e. no sandals, flip flops,
high heels etc.
T-Shirts – You must wear the t-shirt provided in your goodybag, this is of high visibility for your safety.
Tubes – Each participant must have a minimum of two spare tubes that fit their bicycle tyres
