Wanted: Small Ladies (or large childs) tourer

Looking for a tourer for a friend of mine, she is 5' 1" and is really struggling to find a small enough (affordable) bike with rack mounts. Her budget is around 300 pounds.

Does anyone have anything suitable they are willing to sell?

Has she tried Isla bikes? At 5'1" myself, can highly recommend. I've got rack on the back and there are also mounts on the front. Brand new you're looking at around £499 but you can pick them up 2nd hand, as I did. I got the Luath 700 in a Small frame (making me, in thier terms, an 11 year old, which is probably about right!). If your friend would like to try before she makes up her mind, I'm happy for her to come and try it out.

I'm not in a hurry to part with it but have a 46cm Condor Heritage (2008 model) in good condition. I don't ride it much as circumstances changed after it was bought. Can send pictures if she wants. Racing green and black, Dedacciai steel tubing, Campagnolo Race Triple/Mirage mix groupset, Tange Prestige forks, Schwalbe Marathon original tyres (1 yr old). Comes with a Tubus rack. She's welcome to try it out if she's still looking but Isla bikes may be a better option is she just wants a commuter though. I'm 5' 2".
