Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

umm I guess you have a point. I don't take too kindly to being screamed at by stressed out dick heads though. Especially as I was endangering no one.
I wouldn't have a go at someone for texting while driving or being on the phone unless they were endangering me directly either. There just isn't enough time in the world to let everything get to you

I couldn't call out all the phone/texting drivers, it would be a full time job!
