I also spotted near gridlock in central from Piccadilly to Holborn, both on my way to college and back. Had to filter the whole way, following the lead of a particularly courageous/foolish scooter. Anyone know what's agwanin?

I made a similar trip today and got the impression that the main culprit was roadworks on Bloomsbury Way.
