I'm afraid that I cannot discuss the legal action in any way whilst it's ongoing.
A dull response I know.
I'd also appreciate a lack of speculation on the site as I am in no position to confirm or deny anything that is said and may not have even read statements made on here in which my silence might be construed to have meaning when it wouldn't.
