  • Great job B.Right.On!

  • DAMN IT!!!!!!
    Good job cosmo.

  • Thanks for having us Brighton. Twas fun!

  • Massive thank you from all in Canterbury for having us!! Had an awesome weekend and those court's are amazing.

  • awesome tourney brighton. courts were awesome. saturday night was the awesomest and cosmorico were great, it was so fun playing you guys. well done.

  • Thanks for a lovely tournament Brighton (but curse you Be.Right.On for taking us out on golden goal...)

Whoever secured that venue did a great job. Nice and peaceful and it felt like it was 'ours' for the weekend. Tim and his clipboard also did a great job of running the games.

Nail in the coffin for first-to-five?

  • Just got back, and just want to say a massive thanks to Tim for organising such an awesome weekend, i know how much effort you put in and it really showed in the end result, with everything being pitch perfect. From the amazing courts to the free doritos (cheers chris). Was disappointed with our results but to be fair i don't think we deserved to win any of the games we lost. For me the stand out teams of the weekend were stabbath and Brighton, both who played out of their skins. Trigger in particular was on particularly top form.
    looking forward to Birmingham already

  • Such a great weekend all round, purrrfect courts. Great time out Sat night. Looking forward to the next Brighton tourney already.

Thanks for the MVP vote, half eaten sandwich and 'life preserver'!

  • Cool weekend, great games and great folks. Thanks to Dice and Liam for being awesome team-mates and a big thanks to Tim for organising stuff. Shame i missed Sundays fun but the night before caught up with me! Till the next tourney :)

  • Cheers everyone, especially Tim, Chris and Liam, great weekend.

  • Thankyou all for another brilliant tournament. Best courts I've played on! Top Saturday night, and some wicked fun games and teams to play. x

  • Thanks to everyone who came to London-on-sea & made this an awesome weekend.
Tim, you did a fantastic job of making this tournament run smoothly .
I was really impressed with so many teams over the weekend , most notably black stabbath !
Big Thanks also to D.T , it was great to have you in the team !
Hopefully see all you guys soon.

  • It's been said before, but well organised tournee. Nice courts. Good fun.

Seabass and Harvey were both pretty amazing in goal was nice to see stabbath and b.right.on doing so well.

  • Thanks for everything Brighton, really awesome courts!

Well done Cosmorico, I dreamed of not being able to put a ball under Seabass' BB last night, gah.

Thanks to Black Stabbath for our most fun game of the tournament too, you guys are fast!

  • Thanks to everyone, was a great weekend on and off the court.

Good work Tim, Jamie and rest of Brighton and all those who helped out the tournament together.

Great location, courts and format - really liked timed games w/ unltd goals. Although I appreciate that there were some big score lines which weren't nice to be on the receiving end of. Unfortunately, when a team starts conceding goals, most start pushing up to get something out of the game, only then to get scored on more and more, making the score line escalate. But when teams were closely matched, unltd goals made the game more dynamic. For me, 15 mins, unltd goals, felt perfect.

The UK scene is really showing great growth. I saw a lot of players and teams step up to put on good performances. A lot more thinking is going into games on and off the court, which is good to see.

Of course, massive thanks to my Cosmorico team mates, Seabass and Marc. Was a real pleasure to play with 2 of the the very best players around. Seeing you both do such awesome things in the games, was inspiring, esp Seabass. You really make playing goal keeper such a valued position, when many teams approach it as the last position anyone wants to be in. You attack the ball as a GK and control the D with such skill and confidence, yet still integrate your out field play seamlessly - true world class player!

It was a good learning experience for me, as I've been a one team player for so long. Although, it once again proved to me how important team play is (at any level) and that by working together as an equal 3rd, will really help achieve great play.

Thanks for the good times and the jelly trophy of course was delicious - NOT!

  • PS
The 2 games we played against SB where some of the best polo I've ever experience - tactical, fast, aggressive but fair. I'm proud to see SB taking their game further and further. Their efforts are paying off. Well done guys!

  • Thanks to Black Stabbath for our most fun game of the tournament too, you guys are fast!

    Aww, shucks...

We realised this weekend that our speed is one of our strengths; we're going to work on using it a bit more effectively.

Big up to Andy, who won every one of our 9 charges, and put Get.In.Wild on the back-foot with his early goal.

Superstar Josh (as he lost the charge by 6 yards): 'Shit you're fast'!

Seabass was seriously impressive and did the best heckling whilst playing I've ever heard: 'Don't force it, it's unhealthy. It's best to let it fall out'.

  • Thanks to Brighton and all those involved, such a great tournament. Special thanks to the warins.
Great to see lots of new faces and a pleasure to watch the likes of luca and josh; more aero!
The dynamism of spring break as a team is inspiring. I certainly picked up a few things from them (like drink lots of tequila before the double elim).
