I've been doing the opposite running a 32mm on a 13mm rim, being fine in the corners at speed

I think its a bad idea, inner width would need to be 17mm or less

Because its 24.5mm-wide toroidal shape is narrower
at the brake track than in the middle of the rim, the 101 can be used
safely with 21mm and 23mm race tires – unlike non-toroidal rims
of similar widths.That's what zipp says about them...

Like the title says really. Will I be ok if I fit a 23mm tyre on this rim or would the rim be too wide?
IIRC the alloy Zipp 101 has a 24mm wide rim, which would suggest it's perfectly possible... Right?
