Obvious joke status is obvious, and, even in a hypothetical situation where it is real how would anyone know if that status had been posted as soon as he/she woke up just from that screenshot?
Unless you actually know someone who was in a coma then Justin Beiber came on the radio and he/she woke up and turned it off then immediately updated their facebook, in which case I am truly sorry for doubting you, and please tell him/her to stop randomly capitalising words.
