With the right size stem, seatpost and amount of spacers you could fit on most smaller frames, and this one isnt all that small.
I dont think its worth £155+. Reynolds, BS. Cant even be 753 or 531 like he guesses, because it's welded. It might not even be a fort, although it does look like one. If it is a fort its likely just fairly standard Tange tubing.
