Well, long story short, I woke up on Saturday morning after a rather heavy night following a long week, and found I'd mysteriously swapped £44 and 99 pennies for a digital copy... bugger.
Anyway - just had my ticket resolved.
My account had been hacked and is now restored to how it was as of lunchtime Sunday ;(Had a level 28 wizard, now I have a level 24 wizard. I was at the beginning of Act 4, now I'm somewhere in the middle of 3 again.
What's really pissed me off is that I'd only just sold about 40000 worth of rare items on Sunday afternoon, and now I have just 3000.
Guess that's my plans for the evening worked out then

^I bought it yesterday, have almost cleared it. Have loved it, but it is reaaallly unrelenting compared to the previous titles. Not that this is a bad thing, but it can be a little exhausting.
Would consider myself reasonably hardened when it comes to shooting things but have found this tricky in places. The only thing that's let the game down for me is the QTE at the end of the favela, otherwise all good. -

Watch Dog has piqued my interest from e3. If it's done properly it seems to be Hitman/GTA type game:

Max Payne 3 has me hooked at the moment. It was worth the 30gb(!) download. I'm 11 hours in and suspect I've got a couple more to go till I finish the story.
I've never played Diablo. I have Torchlight which is described as being Diabloesque. Is this a fair comparison? Torchlight is a somewhat fun distraction but I can't get hooked on it so I don't understand all you Diablo crack fiends.

Have not played Diablo III (but II and I I had), Torchlight appear to be a lighter equative to Diablo II that look more up to date.
I'm waiting for Diablo III to be cheaper, in the meantime I'm still exploring the Big Empty near the Mojave Wasteland discovering little stuff like GLADoS' eyes in a building.

hmm.. diablo 3 is way way way more fun when you're playing with friends, and my friends are never online at the same time right now. Damn shift work.
And now there are scare stories going around telling you not to join public games, lest your account is hacked and all your shit stolen. So basically I have to play on my own. :(

or, if you've got a android or iphone, you can get the Blizzard Authenitcator App.
It's free on Android, but might cost on Apple stuff, but it gives you a code that you have to put in before you can play at a new location, or around once a week (or day)
It's designed to protect your account from hacking.
