offers are always welcome. it's hard to tell the price for such rare framesets and parts and for me repainted frame is less worthy than original one so thats why i did start higher. i'm not making living with selling bikes and parts i just most frames from my collection (soon there will be one same size de rosa prestige pista for sale too). and don't forget that i need to pay also for shipping over 40

Rossin track frames are not that rare anyway. They are very nice for sure, I have one and I recently sold another one.

Anyway, taking into account the parts and considering the very bad condition of paint I'd say 350€ + shipping is a reasonable price for this.

I "bought" this, all agreed though numerous emails, was about to pay and then the seller emailed telling me "bad news" and that he had sold it for a little bit more locally...
Now I'm all for local selling as I hate postage too but feel a little put out...
