As it stands currently:
Risers with fat, cushy Ourys for bashing around town (Fizik isn't very thick and I found I was wanting to wear gloved whenever I rode). Bullhorns go back on for longer rides.
Rear brake is gone. I was having some issues with it, whipped it off and it's just not gone back on. No trouble with the Japanese po-po so far - fingers crossed! I've seen quite a few brakeless rides around so plenty of other people are obviously getting away with it...
HoldFast straps because my Power Grips were getting pretty ragged and I fancied trying something marginally prettier (shallow). We'll see how I like them...
Bottle cage because: 1) lol, HHSB; 2) it's ungodly hot here in the summer and I want to carry water on short rides, but my frame isn't drilled. Alas that cage is shit and recently threw my lovely Camelbak bottle on the road. It shall be replaced with something grippier.
