I think the Bournemouth track is new and needs a little time to propagate. When I first started going to HH, numbers were low, no more than 20 or so on a Saturday. VCL ran free 'have a go' sessions on Mondays (after track league turnout had been very poor) with some mock races which were very popular and certainly got the message out there.
I'm actually surprised that BCC isn't packed every weekend.
