Ignoring the fact I asked for general advantages not pros and cons based on individuals, it's always problematic to use politicians in arguments against royalty, when those politicians are in governments where it's acceptable to make your family heads of departments.
Also all those financial scandals together (which happened over a number of years) were cheaper than the money going to the Queen each year...
Also they each show how politicians are able to be brought to justice for mistakes they make, something that by definition will never happen to royals.
