It looks like type 2 on the Bristol Stool Chart: Type 3 this morning. Type 5 twice a day, that's what raw oats and brown rice does to you. type 4. my diet is balanced. i am adequetely hydrated. i feel good about this. that visp is awesome, its so hideous i actually like it. needs mismatching bar tape. if meat = food stickers are made i want one! thanks guys, I just wanted to ask^ This followed by a series of rank type 6s (slightly hungover) haha this shit thing needs its own thread.
