I don't think you'll find a modern style frame for £70 on here.
Maybe look at a cheapo Chinese alloy track Drake off ebay for about £130 Inc postage? -

I have an MTB frame with medium thick tubes that you can have for nowt if you come and get it from N4.

Thanks for the response much appreciated would be willing tolook at horizontal drop outs as well yeah. Will have a look at the ebay bikes but would prefer something with a bit more character tho. Thanks for the offer Butters much appreciated but have set my heart on a track frame even if i haveto try n find some more funds. Studying 3D Design at Staffs. Thanks Paddy

it's in good condition and it has all stock parts but i dont have wheels for it

The response to this has been mad nice one. Am based in Stoke like the look of all them bikes but with been a student am on a tight budget 330 for the create bike is a bit out of my range. Yh sorrey that would be helpfull im 5 ft 11 was looking for 54 to 58 inch frame.Nice One Paddy

My recommendation to the OP is that if you want to demonstrate the beauty of a "track bike" then borrow a good one. Vintage style or modern, but something which really represents the epitome of whatever it is. Go to bike porn for inspiration.
You are never going to get something really beautiful for £70 so you will fail to make whatever point you are trying to.
