Not sure why I posted it I dislike it so much!! I think I'm just slightly fascinated by the geometry...
Head tube is so slack there's no way it's a 700/700 frame with a 650c fork & wheel.... presumably it's a pursuit frame for a very small person
Forks may be replacement as they look a bit brutal and It's odd that with a headtube that slack you'd want all that rake.
