Those look like the Lasco branded cranks doing the rounds now. They'll do the job but the rings might not last long.
A step up from those would be the Spa cycles Sugino XD2 style cranks with TA rings. Trusted old technology but very high quality.
I've got a nice Denton steel CX frameset I'm hoping to built up before the winter (fixed/free with drops). I'm really excited about it. It's going to be the thinking kid's fixeh.
