Need to swap out the old bb which came with my old, unidentified frame.
I need a 118mm shimano style sealed bb. nothing too fancy, just something well built and reliable.
anyone got anything useful?

ps. I'm assuming the threading is English, anyone got any tips on how to tell prior to getting my existing bb out? bearing in mind the frame is unidentified so don't know anything about its origins.
