I recommend going to a car valuer or car insurance website while it is still fresh in your memory. Try out a few different lettering combinations if you are unsure and you'll have a chance to clarify the license plate before you proceed with reporting.
For example, it seems Teaforme got mixed up on number '0' and letter 'o'.
