Why is it that Brompton owners can not call their bike a bike? "There is a problem with my Brompton" "so what is up with your bike?" "My Brompton..." They are nice devices but it is as bad as people who continually refer to their iphone. It's just a fucking phone. I call them by the type of bike, road, fixie skidder, 29er How is your Brompton?

By your logic; everyone should refer to their bikes in the same way that you do?
Personally I use a mixed brand/type referencing system which is adjusted to suit the context of what I'm saying and the people I'm speaking too.
