What model are the Campag brakes?

Do the downtube stops bolt onto the downtube shifter braze ons? If so, are these bolts included?

yes. they bolt onto the braze-ons, but don't have the bolts unfortunately

What's the reach on those brakes? Looks quite short

they're rather average reach, the blocks make them look like short reach brakes. I've run 25mm tyres (and I think even a 28mm tyre in the front) with these.
