Yeah I think the same, unless someone does something special with the build they're a bit so so.
Anyway, you finished the Giant yet? Want to see it with the changes you mentioned...

I would like to see one of those Kageros where the owner had had the frame resprayed something a bit different... there are only so many times I can look at one of those without getting thoroughly bored, which is a pity, as they seem to be good frames that can be built up really well.

Well, as the vintage Dura Ace aero seat post arrived and was 15-20mm shorter than seller had discribed, its taking little longer than expected, sent it back and awaiting refund before getting another.
I'm either gonna have to go for one of the Easton Dura Ace (7410?) seat posts that come in longer sizes, or a Nitto S83, which is what I think I'm gonna go for.
Although as others have pointed out, the Thomson seems obvious choice, but I just can't over that stupid looking bend setback...
Thanks for the SLR recommendation though TM, well salve and even more comfortable than the Arione, which shocked the hell outta me!
I'll be leaving it as is though, not stripping down a perfectly good saddle thats already as minimal as it gets, especially as managed to get a brand new carbon railed one off ebay for only £70, get in!
Then the only thing I reckon then is a new rear wheel, but that's on hold for bit as finances are tighter than a very tight thing indeed.
edit: Ooookay, no Easton DA post, as a lot of the reviews seem to indicate the come apart a lot! Nitto is then!

Go straight to anti >>>>>>>>
Tell me about it. What a dog's dinner. I especially love the pink one - even the brake levers are on different parts of the bar. It gets better the more you look at it... like Where's Wally?

Maddy - That Kagero is different colour I suppose, but the build is the same as every other fuckers out there, H+S wheels and black everything. sigh
Needs a proper '60s psychedelic paint job I reckon! :D

i love the IDEA of having an ultra deep front wheel/hed3, but having ridden one that my mate had on his vigorelli, they do feel amazing, but only in nice conditions. i get battered about enough when its super windy, and thats with 30mm rims....
got a missed parcel card through today, going to collect the histogram tomorrow!
