Bicycle Tag of bike

It'd be nice on sunny weekends to see the game zipping along. What seem like easy tags aren't always that easy to people who don't recognise the location.

I agree Will, sorry about that, I was sharing a computer that I couldn't always use and I just couldn't get my phone to connect for some reason.

Clues so far refer to what's going on in the foreground ie time and sun....

I'm pretty sure it's possible to work it out from that. If not, I chose it because the park owes its existence to a V2 that made a particularly explosive impact as it hit its target directly.
