Not only is the music fucking shocking, terrible, talentless, soulless hipster rip-off bullshit pretending to be 'black metal', their lead singer Hunter Hunt-Hendrix (AS IF) is the most pretentious cockwipe it is possible to imagine.

He's released a manifesto (FFS) about the band's role in drawing black metal out of it's Hyperborean phase, into positive, transcendental black metal via use of the 'burst beat' in opposition to the blast beat. Absolutely stunning self-engagement with one full length under their belt.
