My cats play team work, the younger plays with the insects, the older kill them after he finished playing. We move to our ew house about a month ago, in our back garden there were 4 pidgeons, seems like a family of them! The younger cat been a cat when after one of the birds, he's abit stupid tho so instead the 4 birds ended up attacking him, (me and my partner were watching this) my partner told the older cat to go and help her little broter( the younger cat) 5 minutes later she came in with one of the birds in her mouth. Since then no birds has been around our house.

as far as i can tell Holly has lost all her puppy teeth she's had both lots of canines for about a week but they've gone missing in the last 12 hours!
she's going in to be spayed on monday, feel horrible about it, feels a little cruel to put such a young animal through a fairly major op :s

your views please.
there are ton of cats locally and i always seem them in my garden crapping in my flower beds / peering in through the window when it's dark. since the hot weather the back door has been open and over the last few days this random cat just keeps coming in and having a wander around the house. now it's sleeping up on the bed in the spare room quite happily. i don't really mind as the cat plainly doesn't understand property boundaries and if it does i rather admire it's brazeness - i was wondering however whether i ought to discourage it for it's owner's sake. i mean i don't want to groom it away from them by indulging it's wandering whims.

Stick a rolled up note with your number on its collar asking the owners to bell you. Ask them whether they think it's a problem.

^ good idea. Somebody left a note on one of my cats many years ago. It said " who am I and where do I live? " I contacted them and was grateful for letting me know where he had been disappearing all day. All my cats since then have had identity tags.

It amuses me to imagine what the world would be like if humans did this... -

This is my cat Chester. He was brought into the Vet's 9 years ago after being hit by a car. My Mum had recently started fostering cats for a local charity & this was one of her first. I had lost my old cat Jazz a year before and bonded with Chester immediately. Jazz used to catch fully grown rats.... Chester is content to jump on the occasional beetle, spider, or packet of mini cheddars. He's now 10 years old and has lost some weight since this photo was taken.
What a lovely cat!
This is Keith. He's also about 10 years old but has definitely not lost any weight since this photo was taken....or ever.
We got him from Battersea and while totally lovely and wonderful he's completely mental.

I don't wish to start spamming this thread with all the cat pictures taken at my Mum's house, but thought it was time for some more Kittehs :)

Chester only started losing weight about two years ago. I'd often carry him down the garden & get him to follow me about. He also loves chasing ping pong balls. I feed him a dry food called obesity management, but I can't remember who makes it.
Oh, & don't be fooled by the belly display. It's the feline equivalent of a Venus fly trap!
