Ah they're 2 of the worst spots in London, I've had saddles pinched from both of those spots.
It's a late lesson to learn, but that cables are a complete waste of time, 2 evo minis and you can secure frame and wheels.
I know the London Fields spot, has buses pull up opposite it, which might give those guys all the time they need with their bolt cutters... but I don't think they even have to be that subtle about it, too few people do or say anything.
Gutted for you, it's shite.
