There are basically two choices: Gatorskin Hardshells or Marathon Plus. Vittoria Rubinos aren't really going to help much, although they're decent all purpose tyres.
Normal Gatorskins are ok, but the Hardshell version is much tougher.
Had six punctures last winter (2010/11) on Conti 4000s but have had none since swithcing to Hardshells. But no tyre is completely puncture proof.
