Tried a couple of SRAM chains On 10spd campagnolo record recently. Terrible. Kmc or campag all the way.
I would consider using the wax sealant in winter (have used it on mtb in the past) but tbh if you actually look after your bikes and clean the drivetrain on a weekly basis it should be a non-issue
