Bottom Bracket: Athena 116mm width - English BSC - No dust cover or crank bolts .. £25 SOLD

Note : some tool marks on the lock nuts and marks on the bearing cups where fitted

These components are what remains of a group set lot I bought. I was told they where removed from a NOS boxed bike that hadn't seen the light of day since it was packaged in the factory 1988/9 years ago. Given the condition of the all the parts I received I tend to believe this.

what size is the Principa RSL Track / ST = 54 / TT = 55cm(don't understand what this means, pretty new to LFGSS) .. My old track bike re-worked for road duties .. £450, I've got a specialized 54cm now but it's far too small, keen to get a 56cm or 58cm

ST = seat tube length from the centre of the bottom bracket to the centre of the top tube.

TT = top tube length from the centre of the seat tube to the centre of the head tube.

Your Specialized is 54cm .. If the frame had a horizontal TT this would be the ST length. I think if you measured the TT from the same virtual intersection point it is also 54cm. So the Principa is the same ST and 1cm longer TT. I hope that helps. Also maybe look at a frame geometry drawing on Specialized web site, that may make it easy to understand if you're still in doubt. Beware though because not every manufacturer lists frames in the way .. Colnago being one In particular.
