Might try this tonight, and see if i can improve times weekly.
750* x 2 FC@ css * 2 min rest
400* x 2 FC@ css * 1.5 min rest
200* x 2 FC@ css * 1 min rest.
Try and get the same times on each set.......... hmmmm and then see what the splits are at the end.......... I say css, but really mean the max effort to increase my css
