Tried searching for this, without luck.
I'm using the Sugino Messenger RD2 crankset with the 103 mm BB. This gives me a 45 mm chainline, unfortunately my wheel has a 42 mm chainline and my chain is being pretty noisy.
I was told it was a bad idea to try to space the rear cog as there's so little thread on there, so I need to change my crankset/BB.
Can I change the BB to get a 42mm chainline with my current crankset?
Do I have any other (cheaper/easier) options?
