My sensation seems to getting worse and worse. The random turn off and getting closer and closer, I've been barely able to keep on for 10 minutes this evening. And it keeps freezing then turning off and then the only way to turn it back on is to take the battery out. Any ideas what I can do?

Tried a factory reset? If yes, then get a refund/replacement. #amazon #ftw
