I've found BLB are really rude. Didn't give me the time of day. TFG on the other hand were super helpful for the most part, Mark in particular was incredibly helpful. But I have to say, I was served by someone very young, maybe the '10 year old virgin' as mentioned above and I found his service less than stellar. Excluding him though, probably my favourite bike shop.
