Guerciotti Pista frame?
Thats a 2.1 kg frame.
Im not certain on the budget yet. But it will probably be on the medium to high end (only a guess)
Personally, Im not keen on riding a Full carbon track frame on the road. To many stories of them cracking. I think a light alu frame is the right direction.
The carbon mtb bars are much easier to source. For instance, Extralite make a love pair of light risers and stem combo.
Could I run a double chainring? Seems alien to me...
