i've given seat tube (center to top) first in cm, then the top tube (center to center)
so 56/58 has 56cm seat tube and 58cm top tube.
i'm the same height as you - i'd use 56 to 61 cm seat tube - but that's not so important, i ride a 56cm top tube with about a 100mm stem ( i would not go out of the 55 to 57cm bracket on that. )
though these are all my own debatable guidelines - you can't go far wrong with them
compact and low pro will brake these rules - they re just for standard diamond frames.
