So much like any shop, it sounds like you can get unlucky with particular members of staff. Overall I've never had any troubles at all with them in store or on line. Never been unfortunate to encounter a mardy desk jockey.

many people complain about BLB, I've never meet a surly person in there who has told me to fuck off or tried to sell me crap for top dollar

i treat them with the respect i'd expect to be treated with and it seems to work for me ?
