At about 12:30pm on Battersea Park road by the Tesco's, some total weapon on what looked like a red Dodici riding very slowly close to the centre line holding up traffic. Understandable on a narrow road, but there was a wide blue cycle lane available, and this dickhead was yelling and swearing at cars and peds alike.
Way to give cyclists bad name you fucktard
