  • Had a really good swim this morning- didn't aim for a distance- just had 45mins to do some, so swam for that length of time solidly. (would have been 1hr had they not removed us from the pool to move the lane ropes and put the floor up)
    Tmw- 3k set time:
    10 up
    10 arms
    10 drills
    5x2 legs
    2,4,6,8,10,8,6,4,2 crawl hard.
    5x2 legs
    10 drills
    10 arms.
    10 down.
