It's a 21inch/54cm c-t frame. I've had a rack on it in the past, but one which has the single-bolt upper fitting, which attaches to the brake-bridge bolt hole. There are one set of threaded holes on the dropouts, so I had the rack and the mudguard stays bolted to the same hole. I still have the rack so that'll be included, but the Brookes and Carradice were recent presents, so they wont be. Alternatives can be supplied if needed.
