There are multiple things potentially "wrong" with that one, but still somehow pulls it off pretty nicely. Maybe the muted lighting / colours in the photo help?

Depends which SRAM track crank. If the Sn00 then yes as ring is 130 BCD as is crank. If the Omnium then no, as that is 144 BCD.
