Anyway, back to the post office notification.
As some of you may know, I am originally from Kiev, Ukraine, but early 2011 I moved to Moscow, Russia to live and work. However as per our arrangements, the frameset was shipped to Ukraine.
My Dad went to pick it up, and even though the posted value was quite significant, we evaded any custom charges. Lucky us.
Lucky, yeah. Talking to my Dad on the phone, he casually mentioned to me that "something in the back of the frame is bended a bit". I'm in like in my office in Moscow, and my newly arrived to Ukraine Eddy Merckx frame has "something bended", wtf?..
Can't say i got the first plane ticket, but i appeared at my parents doorstep not long after that phone conversation. And this is what i discovered...
