Wanted: Dremel Model 800

Anyone owns a Model 800 Dremel?

Mine won't charge. Not sure if the battery's shot or rather the charger and need to try to swap either to eliminate the fault.

Anyone? I really wanted to test it before I chuck it away, as it was only a couple of months old before it packed up.

Whizz it back to where you got it from? Or even somewhere that sells them? You don't always need the receipt if you ask nicely :0) as long as you don't want cash refunds, people often swap stuff..... Be nice though!

I used it to cut two steerers and risers and to polish a couple of groupsets, so it's not immaculate (covered in metal shavings and dust).

To be fair, if it's only a couple of months old, I'd be taking it back for sure..... Argos do that model? They are normally good with exchanges. 2 months (or say 5, if it's been sitting in the cupboard unused for a bit) is hardly fit for purpose under the sale of goods act.....
