Yes you can.
You will need to chEck the BCD - search on Sheldon brown. It's likely to be 130. Then the next question is bottom bracket length. There is something called the transmition data base

Really like your Gazzetta mate - the cranks look great. As you have the saddle quite low, I reckon a campag aero seatpost would look a treat. +1 for sticking the paselas back on it too!
Thanks man! Seatpost is definitely on my list of 'aesthetic changes' now I've got the thing rideable! I think the tyres will really set it off! Might hit up tokyo fixed on the way home from my weekend cent tomorrow to pick some new paselas up!

Hmm, priced £40 might be worth just waiting till something ideal comes up... undecided.

Looks like I'm going to be cutting it fine goinf from 25c to 32c, letalone trying to fit mudguards as well :/
I wanted to fit some nice full length stainless ones, unless I find a more elegant solution, I may have to resort to SKS chromoplastic types (which are useful, but don't look anywhere near as nice. I have mudguard eyelets I may as well bloody use them!) -

My second road build, finally finished:
Columbus SL frame built by Vetta, partly fillet brazed. Cinelli bb + brake bridge. Full campy chorus, cinelli stem, cyclo man bars, san marco laser saddle and christophe toe straps.

Thanks V-L, it says use with a 113mm BB, if i was to use a small BB and put it on the outer ring (for cosmetic purposes) would that work the same?
107 mm one works for me on my Dolan Pre Cursa.

They seem to forget that they put on an extra 2/3mm of rubber puncture protection in there. So my "1.75in" tyres are in fact 1.9in

Yeah marathon plus 25c I had a pair lying around (came on my fixed wheelset when I bought them off a forumenger, replaced with gators) so I thought I'd fit them and see, plus they seem to be the tyre of choice for touring so I may end up using a pair if I find them cheap/don't go for a gumwall set.
Cheers for the info, I've found a few "close clearance" mudguards e.g. the giant defy which I may try out when the bike's built up. -
